Great custom service. However absolutely ridiculous it was 80 degrees in there and they are both literally sweating. Management should be ashamed they let their employees work in conditions like this while they sit back and cash a check. Do better.

Wow! That was my first thought upon walking into Cloud 9 for the first time. The store is large, well lit, and well stocked. I called before my visit to make sure they carried an item I was interested in. I was greeted at the door and helped immediately. Staff seemed pretty friendly and knowledgeable about the products I asked about. I was impressed with the price on the item I purchased, about 20% less than Iām used to paying. Good experience, I recommend Cloud 9!
