I usually love this place, but the last few visits have been awful. It is SCORCHING hot, and nobody seems to care.. it is almost summer, and there is no A/C in the building? Unacceptable, and I will not be back until the air conditioning has been dealt with, until then.. I will be shopping with the competition.. which is a shame, because the customer service, prices, and products are great here. The poor employees were literally SWEATING! And still helped me with a smile on their face. I don’t know what they get paid, but it is certainly not enough to deal with the conditions the owners/management have them dealing with. It had to be over 90 degrees in this store. Absolutely ridiculous. Do better cloud 9

Came in was ignored by staff, waited at counter to be helped. There was only 1 other customer being helped. Another guy came in after me. When next available employee was finished, he ignored me and went straight to the other guy after I had been standing there. I walked out. I thought I had found my new vape store since moving here, but I won't be treated that way and expect to give my money to a business. There are too many other shops around. I've also replied STOP to their text messages, but they STILL send them. Done.

STILL CANNOT GET THESE MESSAGES TO STOP. I HAVE REPLIED MORE THAN ONCE AS YOU CAN SEE BY THE PICTURES!!! STOP SENDING ME MESSAGES!!!! I'M DONE WITH YOUR BUSINESS!!
