I was very pleased with my visit to cloud 9. The staff was friendly and really knew what they were talking about. I recommend it anyone that is in the marietta area looking for a high quality smoke shop

The employees are are lacking customer service at this location. Memorial drive location is better especially Zep. The CBD is overpriced so I took my business elsewhere

I've had problems with there "quartz" so I'd steer clear of that but I got a torch from them and it didn't work but one out of twenty tries I sent an employee back with it to try and exchange for a working one they told him they couldn't help him I then had to call and argue about it to get them to exchange it no longer than thirty minutes after I paid full price they are going to try and fix it but I should not have had to go deal with any of this after I pay fifteen bucks over retail for a torch and after this and the "quatz" debacle I doubt I'll be shoping there again
