The service itself was great. Issue with product- I bought CBD gummies. Didn’t notice until I got home that the seal was removed under the lid, some of the seal was still there so there was definitely a seal- meaning people had been snacking or sampling this product.
The guy helping me was really good so I avoided leaving a review, initially.
I purchased these end of May (this year).
Last night I noticed my gummies were looking and tasting a little old so I checked the expiration date and they expired back in March…

I frequent this particular Cloud 9 on a pretty much daily basis. The service is perpetually top notch. They know what they're talking about when it comes to pretty much all of their products. There's one particular salesperson and their name is Summer, whose personality is purely magnetic, and she would never sell you something that she didn't think you would enjoy. She's Always a tremendous help with questions, as goes for the entire rest of the staff. Even if it wasn't right up the street from me I would go out of my way just to purchase from there.

I go here quite frequently and have never had a bad experience. The people that work their are all super friendly and are very knowledgeable about everything in the store. I recommend it to a lot of people on a weekly basis. 10/10

I’ve had a fantastic experience every time I’ve gone into this location. Summer (an employee) has always been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She’s been able to recommend so many items and enhanced my own understanding of things. The manager there is also fantastic and treats me well every time I’ve gone it. 10/10 would recommend and still go out of my way to go back.

This cloud 9 off of cobb pkwy….Once you walk in there is a welcome vibe from the workers! This Cloud 9 was very clean and big. Staff assisted with our purchase which they was friendly and resourceful! I didn’t get their names but they was very koool!!! Chill vibe will return…
