IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING SHOPPING HERE PLEASE READ THIS
I recently had the worst customer service experience in my life, I purchased of an item that appeared to be in working condition; however after bringing it home I noticed marking (sub-dermal breaks) in the glass, which I've come to learn means the product will be breaking soon. Before I had the chance to bring it in, while putting the product into a padded case it broke exactly on the line. Total time: 12 hours. Now this was custom made by their glass blower, so I brought it back expecting them to understand that sometimes custom stuff isn't made the best so rectification is necessary, but that's not what I got. Instead I was dismissed, refused any semblance of help from employees, and told to get the f*** out of the store, leading me to file a dispute claim with my credit card. Later I returned to give them another chance to fix the product allowing me to redact the claim, however I was immediately met with rudeness, followed by attacks on my character and moral being for simply trying to get this worked out. This culminated in an employee hollering and cursing me out to the point where I no longer feel safe in this store. I urge you, before shopping here read this review, don't end up in the situation I'm in. Don't be afraid to pay a little extra for good customer service.

Decent selection of vape stuff. Staff wasnt super knowledgeable about the products i was after, but it didnt make a big difference to me. Huge selection off glass and tobacco accessories. Im gonna be looking around for other good vape/head shops, but Knuckleheads is a solid option!

Going into the business is slightly off-putting (as you do have to go up a stair case immediately), but once you're up the scary stairs this place is WAY better than Pipefitters! It's for sure my new go-to!

Walking up so many stairs to find a dirty, smelly attic filled with dirty, smelly staff who rather text and smoke cigs than to help someone who is bringing money all the way up there is a joke! You gotta be kidding me! The glass is overpriced by a long shot. Who ever said this place is the best must work there or has never been to any other head shop...ever.

I reviewed another head shop in Madison this past 2 weeks knucklehead and one other head shop in Madison REITs five stars I like their location that's pretty cool it's unique great selection I like all their hookahs I like all their pipes pretty cool place to go reasonable inexpensive

Super helpful people, threw discounts at me because I was a first time CBD buyer there. Radical. Thought they were overpriced but it's pretty decent pricing. Definately coming back!
