Each visit is heavily dependent on the staff for whether or not it will be an enjoyable experience or not.

Sometimes it seems there's no one better and I absolutely love going there, and actually spending some real money, but then sometimes, it's one of the couple bad apples working who "helps" you, making sure never to make any eye contact, while fiddling with all things around that are not your question, and then eventually you're too frustrated and
without a single answer to my several questions. But again, this experience is the least common and most times it's the bomb dot com.

Staff was unfriendly and too busy on their phones rather than helping customers. Also, if they bring their pets to work, then they staff should let customers know if they don't want their dogs pet. And not be rude about it..Really poor experience. Knuckleheads used to be pretty cool, bu5 this place has changed. Not a fan and definitely not coming back.

love the store, has some of my favorite products that other stores don't have in the area. every time I come in there, the staff is attentive, but I don't necessarily feel welcome and the staff is passive aggressive at times. there have been a couple times where seals have been broken and on 4/20 there were some staff hitting illegal carts behind the desk, but the only thing that bothered me was that they seem annoyed every time a customer needed assistance with anything. there are a few staff members that are attentive, talkative, and friendly, but overall this isn't my experience every time. there is only one staff member that seems to be confident in cannabinoid knowledge and he was also talkative and very friendly. Overall it is my go to shop but the staff seem annoyed by customers.

Just came here for the first time today. Best place ever! The wonderful representative Julia was working the CBD section.
Julia was super knowledgeable, friendly, and honest.

great store but every single time i go into the store to buy something they give tons of attitude and are overall not helpful. For example, I asked a worker to actually grab a second pack of pods and they threw their arms in the air and walked away. I know out of my friends and other students on campus that i am not the only one that has thought that the customer service is horrible.

If you haven't visited Knuckleheads at their new Madison location, you're missing a great experience! It's beautifully spacious (no problem social distancing safely), with sparkling cases full of colorfully displayed glass and other products. The best part of the visit is always interaction with the staff who are friendly, patient, and helpful. I can't speak to issues of pricing as I don't take my business to other competitors, but I can reassure anyone that every product is of high quality. I'm especially particular about CBD products and the lines carried at Knuckleheads are reliable and well worth their cost. I appreciate the individual help and advice staff offer. They are great listeners!

I was suggested to this place by my brother. When I first entered the store i was very pleased and surprised by there large selection of pipes/waterpipes and smiling faces from the employees. I made my way to the back to purchase some CBD flower.
They had a really nice selection of CBD flower that I have not seen before. I was greeted by a tall young man with very long blonde hair I didn't catch his name. I decided to get 7 grams of moonrock CBD and asked "is this a sativa or indica". In which he snapped and rudely said to me "DUDE! This is CBD it's none psychoactive you won't get high". When i was just curious if this is a good strain to take right before bed or starting your day. I brushed it off as i am a pretty humbled person bit when i got home... i was a little frustrated. The first time i looked at the bag i noticed it was pretty small so i decided to measure it myself. Only to find out he gave me instead of 7 grams (In which i asked for) he gave me 3.5 grams. I was disappointed i felt ripped off. I unfortunately will not be bringing my business here any more and i am curious have he done this to anyone else.
P.s I will be coming back if i need a new pipe they do have a nice selection.

I used to love going here! Staff was super friendly. I went to pick up some king palms the other day and the lady working there didn’t hand them to me, she tossed them at me. I work retail, and I know how exhausting it can get- but PLEASE treat your customers better.

Very friendly staff. A great selection of items. And the prices were honestly the cheapest I've seen! 10/10
