Love this place for starters, this smoke shop is the only one I've been going to for about a year now and they haven't disappointed me since. Overall the staff know their stuff, and are willing to help you in anyway possible. Con: if you don't like stairs you might have a difficult time to the store.😆

After shopping here many times over the years, I decided to buy a piece of glass from them. Don't do that. You'd be better off going to another place. Or just get a cheap piece of China glass that you could throw away and purchase again because at least it would be a better quality piece than some of the stuff they are trying to sell you here.

I'm a fan of head shops, but this one is uncomfortable, dirty, and the employees aren't very welcoming (unless you're a grungy older dude, cause the customer base is obviously focused on that demographic.) If you're looking for vape supplies, look elsewhere. They're overpriced for the same products you can get at vape-specific shops, and they don't have a wide variety of juices. (I chose not to purchase anything because of the state of gross the store was in.)

Amazing selection of tobacco products. Walk-in humidor for cigars. Some apparel available. Smoking lounge tucked away in the back. Most staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Tends to be popular with annoying tourists, but that's not Knuckleheads fault.

I recently bought a product from this store that they promised would work. Also keep in mind that this product was extremely overpriced, and I will never be giving them my business again. Clearly they’re just here to make sales and don’t care about their customers. Huge disappointment.

I was visiting from Indiana and realized I was out of juice for my vape. Since we were down at the farmers market, I walked down to your store. Not only was the staff knowledgeable and friendly, we had a conversation about the new laws Indiana just passed for vape shops. I was also pleasantly surprised at how inexpensive their juice is compared to what I'm used to paying in Indiana. You guys will be my go to vape shop every time I'm in Madison!
