I've been to 3 vape stores in Spokane and this one is definitely the best. Broke my mod a couple months ago and then started smoking again a couple weeks ago. Out of the 3 I visited this is the only one that made me feel like they cared about what I wanted instead of trying to sell the most expensive unit. And I went in with a budget of 300 and only spent 150. Wow

This is my go to store. Ran in today and picked up some new atomizers. Great price and they are the exact same ones I already had. I know they blow fat clouds. Staff is super friendly. Gave me a free coffee.

This is the second different vapor lounge I have been two the first one was there trent location where I bought my first mod where i had an excellent experience which you can read on their review page. However its not about them it's about rhe shadle site and they are excuse my language F*****g awesome!!! Josh and his manager Ruthi were so helpful with my questions i was having issues with my u force tank not reading the mesh coils and they did a bunch of research and figured out it was a common problem with those paticular tanks so they swapped me out (for free mind you which is insane) for a brand new updated version of the tank and took back my old coils I jad just purchased and swapped me out for new ones for this tank amd even tossed in a third one for free. They are super friendly amd super helpful amd they have earned me as a customer for life. Ive been to very few places where I can say I have had phenomenal and perfect customer service but every time I have been in a vapor lounge it has been just that. O have had issues with some of my equipment I have bought no fault of theirs more or less my fault usually cuz I dropped my mod and they have provided the best support I have seen ever rhrougj any business mind you I have workes sales for over 10yrs of my life in all sorts of different areas. You may beable to buy your mods cheaper online or maybe even at another vape shop but I guarantee you that you will not recieve the support that I do through them if anythimg goes wrong whether its your fault, the products fault or their fault. I guarantee you I have saved more money by purchasing my mod through them than i would have anywhere else just strictly due to the support they have provided after the purchase. Also there prices are still very competitive with other stores and they provide the best service. If you are not buying your vapes at vapor lounge you are gettimg screwed

Wanted to give a shout out to Andrue. Great guy he takes his time to help you out and is never pushy. He wants to make sure you know what your buying and how to use it the right way. Was at work till 7:15 pm, looked up the store hours seen they close at 8pm. So I got over to the shadle location as quickly as possible. I was after a new coil for my "zero Renova" which they unfortunately told me they just ran out earlier. The attendent recommend another vape store to which I replied, "no I like to stick to the "Vapor Lounge Stores." So he hooked me up for my troubles. This is why I love this place. They know their product well, the prices are not high and the quality of service an the products they sell are top knoch.

Absolutely amazing store. Everybody there is so sweet and very knowledgeable in vaping and vape products. They make you feel welcome like a family member. It’s always so clean and neat. I would recommend this place to anybody and everybody who vapes or wishes to change to vaping!
