I can't say enough good things about them, but If I could pick one thing it is their staff. They have amazing customer service. They are always willing to work with you on any problems you have.

Terrible service. The lady helping me acted like she was in a hurry to get rid of me. Tried to tell me products were discontinued when i know for a fact those products are not discontinued. Seems like this store relys on new vapers who dont know anything about vapeing or the products associated.

0/10 would not recommend. I recently made the switch to e-cigarettes to wean myself off regular cigarettes. I did research online and found the brand I wanted to go with. This was the first store I went to and they didn't carry my brand. Ok, not a big deal, when I smoked cigarettes I smoked Kamel Red and they could be hard to find.

While the associate was prompt in asking what I was looking for, once we determined that they didn't carry what I wanted, he proceeded to talk about other brands, which is totally fine. Except that he lied directly to my face about the availability and style of my preferred brand. I prefer Blu, and he told me that they don't carry blu because of the limited flavors they offer (this is a fair point, flavors for Blu are not expansive) and then he proceeded to tell me that Blu is a poor choice because they specialize in "disposable only" and you cant change your flavor tank, you're basically stuck.

I'd spend several hours the previous night doing research. I'm not an idiot and I don't appreciate being treated like one for the sake of a sale. A few miles away I found a store that carried what I wanted. I will not ever go back to the Vapor Lounge again.

I needed to replace my Smok procolor. I tried the Smoant which is 50 dollars on sale. I handled the Voopoo and the Drag. The Drag was the most durable of the three. So the Drag came home with me. I purchased a bottle of Melon twist honeydew melon chew and watermelon madness. The female who assisted me is friendly and knowledgeable.

I was having an issue with my mod so I went up to the location shadle location to get it figured out . Logan and Brandon D went out of their way to assist and I greatly appreciate it hence the review

This place is awesome! Just moved back to the area and have been buying my juice here after a couple less-than-satisfactory experiences at other places and what a difference. Decided to buy another mod and tank and ended up buying it here instead of online as I planned. The Eleaf iPower worked great and I love it but the Artic V8 tank leaked and leaked. Took it back and asked to exchange it but they were all out and only had more expensive tanks. I liked the Smok Baby Beast but didn't' bring enough for the difference and juice. The girl said she would drop the price so I could swap it out for it. I was shocked and wasn't expecting them to do that. This tank is running amazing and I love it! Really, there is no reason to shop at another vape store as this place will take care of you even after you bought the product.

Yes they have polite and courteous service no denying that but their sub ohm inventory is next to nothing, there coils for nickel such as the Eagle by Joe Tex or a dollar fifty more than almost every shop in town, they didn't even have titanium, there a juice liquid is very very limited other than what they actually make themselves which doesn't have good PG or VG ratings for sub on people, they don't have any drip tips or any wire or cotton for RBA users and are pretty much very limited on everything. An evic VT that's about 49-59 all over town and 45.00 online is 79.99. No way! Waaay to expensive. I'll go to hot rod, smoking legal or overstock ecig any day of the week and save a ton of money.

Friendly, helpful employees that remember who you are and your preferences. Also, very knowledgable about products to match customer preference with the best products for their needs.
