I go in about once or twice a month. I was able to understand and build friendships with the employees. They are incredibly understanding and flexible. I know that I will always have a good support system there and be comfortable. The perfect place for everything.

Over the past year I've genuinely enjoyed all of the vapor lounge stores I've visited until i visited the Shadle location. Ruthi has been extremely rude to me and the other people people I see enter the store. She treats customers like children and I can't even imagine how terribly she must treat her staff. She continually undermines the intelligence of her customers and has sold me the wrong product multiple times without refund. I've seen her insult her own employees in front of the multiple customers. As far as I know, one of the employees she insulted no longer works there and the other is still working at this location. I don't mind paying the marked up prices here, because I want to support a local business. With that being said I can't support the hire of such a rude employee.

Love this store!! The store manager Ruthi is always professional and friendly. A new employee named Josh at this location made a great suggestion on a tank that I love and am extremely happy with. I recommend this store and location to anyone looking for great deals and product for all vapers. I always get treated with the highest class and respect, thank you guys for all your help!!

They have a decent selection and great customer service. The store also runs a discount for every certain amount you spend you get $10 off. They keep up with the technology as well. Plus if you are just starting they really help you out. They will allow you to test out everything. They will also find the perfect set up for you.

For the first year that I shopped here, I really struggled with the fact that they were really frequently out of the products I needed for my ecig. However, they were always incredibly kind and helpful and apologetic. Things have improved a lot. They have much more consistently had what I needed. They gave me a free exchange when they accidentally sold me the wrong type of coil. They even gave me a free sample of of the new mesh coil to try out, which was perfect! The staff here is wonderful. I have completely changed my review, and give this 4 out of 5 stars!

Staff is nice and greet you when you come in. However I went a whole year not getting any points on my account because it was set wrong. No one told me about the mistake until I asked if I earned a discount yet. I like Vapor Lounge products and juices, never have had a issue. Last thing is the ventilation needs improving in all stores due to the amount of vapor in the air, makes it hard to see sometimes lol.

The staff is extremely generous and nice. I went in thinking my vape was leaking due to the liquid or the glass, but the guy that helped me said it was probably just a faulty coil. And then he gave me 5 new coils for free since he wasn’t using them. I don’t know his name, but I am super thankful!! Love this store, highly recommend.

The girls up front made me feel very welcomed here and had a pleasant attitude, as opposed to the typical vape shop usually (very) young employees with not the slightest service skills. I felt cared about as a customer, again in contrast to (most) other vape shops in town where staff are standing around hanging out with friends, or questions go unanswered. They even gave me a free case which was cool. Service really stood out.

Excellent products, excellent services and very cool stores! You can trust this staff and owner for the latest info on e-cigs. I've been a long time customer and even if I had a problem (my fault!) they addressed it immediately. Yes, this is a glowing review but I believe when you come across the rare business that is truly customer service driven, you should say so.

A decent selection of juices to choose from and a large selection of mods and tanks as well. The staff are super friendly and quick to help out with any issue you might have. They also give out deals when you buy a full rig.
