Airstream Dream
Tons of stock here, I'm sure you can find anything you need. Huge variety of hyppe vapes. However energy was a bit off and definately some skiddy customers coming in without masks was concerning. Staff was helpful but we'd recommend keeping a safer environment during this time.

Load music blasting wasn't even good or I wouldn't have minded. Guy behind counter wasn't helpful at all. Just need a tip, he said most people just buy another tank..no they dont. Wont be returning.

Not helpful or friendly staff when asking about which products to choose our first time in, didn’t make it in to make a purchase second time going by because the door was locked and closed early before the posted time. Won’t try again or recommend to anyone

Okay so simply the worst customer service experience ever. There was this tall skinny arab guy with curly black hair who could not answer any question you asked him. It would be fine if he could just not speak English very well but the problem was his attitude. Customers like myself were asking him questions and he basically just ignored us and continued speaking on the phone with someone else. When I approached him several tines, he merely glanced over and mumbled something and deliberately chose not to answer or help out. Seriously, this place has quite some stuff but if you want better service, go somewhere else. Don’t recommend this place.

I went for cigars they have a few but they don't know much about cigars , it's basically a vape shop.

A friend of mine bought a tank from these guys and it was defective when it was sold. She tried calling them multiple times and they hung up on her everytime she tried to ask what their return policy was. I gave them a call to ask the same thing, but was having a very hard time understanding the gentleman on the phone. Apparently he answered my question at some point because he hung up on me too. I called them back immediately after and told him that I didn't get my question answered. He said he doesn't speak any English, so I told him to put someone on the phone that does. I finally got connected with someone I could understand, and he told us that she could exchange the product in the store. I drove her to the shop to do the exchange, and both gentlemen behind the counter had no idea what we were talking about. I told them we talked to someone on the phone just 15 minutes prior to being there, and we were told that she could exchange the product since hers was defective. They tried telling her that they'll give her half off a new tank, but after spending $40 on a new tank you expect it to work and not have to pay more money to replace it. After 20 minutes of going back and forth with both gentlemen, and another on the phone (I'm assuming manager or owner), they finally let her exchange the tank for a new one. We thanked them for finally letting us exchange a broken product, but still left incredibly irritated at the whole ordeal.
Long story short, this place has HORRIBLE customer service. Do yourself a favor and shop anywhere else that's not here. C'ville has plenty of other places that are nice with excellent customer service.

Phenomenal experience every time I visit. The customer service is 10/10 and the staff are always so friendly. This is my favorite shop to go to for all my smoking needs, whether I’m in town or not.
