But my advice if the little blonde girl is working turn around and walk right back out like I do now!"

Always a great time stopping in here for my needs. The staff is always on point and knowledgeable with all the products that are sold, they have great advice and are always providing quality and fast customer service. I definitely also love the fact that they have a punch card system for vape juice. If you don’t already get your vape juice from here, you’re missing out because you get a free bottle of any size after getting 5 punches on your card and they even have double stamp Wednesday’s! I will forever go to Gandalf’s especially with the current staff and how great they are!

Gandalf's is always a place full of the best quality vape and smoke accessories that anyone could ever ask for. With a peaceful and happy energy, one can get lost in their shop if one is not careful. From hookahs of all sizes, top quality vapes and accessories, and everything you need to have the best smoking and/or vaping experience one could ask for, to some of the best lids(hats) and clothing from Grassroots and RAW companies, you will definitely enjoy Gandalf's shop. The manager, while young, had a warming energy and a welcoming attitude that gave her the ability to assist several customers at once without missing a step. Gandalf"s shop definitely would not be the same without her energy filling the place. She made me even want to buy a hat I didn"t even need, I liked jt so much I bought a matching lid for my son. Big shout out to Gandalf and his amazing manager! See you both soon! I need a new vape mod so expect me soon.

Literally sitting outside the shop that was supposed to open at 9 AM and its 10:30 am woth the doors still locked. I suggest a change in schedule if yall arent gonna have the doors open when you say they're gonna be open.

They do not stand behind their products once the sale is made no more nice guy. I bought the newest yocan vape pen and brought it back in ten days with obviously a mfu defect and was treated very poorly told it was my fault condescendingly. I can’t even use it now at all and it’s less than a month old and not physically broken. Don’t expect any post sale respect here whatsoever. Douchebags
