The worst ...I bought I tobacco scale and it was not calibrated .it did not weight accurately..went back to the store to exchange or get refund and owner refused and blamed non working item on me.. Got into heated argument because he wouldn't even fix the scale ..the worst customer service ever in life..he threatened to call police on me because he wouldn't fix my issue and wanted me to leave..Don't waste your time if you read this

My experience with the store is wonderful except for when I brought my Kangertech Dripbox from the store, my mod went out in 2 weeks after the incident. I don't know what to do about a replacement for my mod nor have not seen my receipt for the item. Please help!!!

Love this place! I regularly drive 20+ miles to come to to Mr tobacco. They have the best prices for the best quality products, knowledgeable and friendly staff and a large selection. Even an employee who had only been there for 3 weeks (skinny white guy, didn't catch his name) created good rapport with me. Gave me honest good advice on which products he recommended per my interests. He ended up selling me on a new tank system FreeMax. These guys always work out a deal if you ask them what they can do if you buy multiple items. Great vape shop even if your a ways from raliegh.

Just bought a cigarette maker $40.00 last week. Already not working. Cheaply made product. I came back to get a refund but they basically have a " as is " policy on their new junk. 0 stars.
