This place is good in a pinch. Selection is okay. But the loud rap music can interfere with a conversation, and if it's busy there is very little room to move around. They also don't accept returns if their product is faulty. I had to find a new shop to buy tubes because theirs tasted like perfume/ incense.

Yeah this is by far the least professional shop I’ve been to. It is packed with young employees with little to No experience with vapes. One young man tried to sell me the wrong coil. He also broke my vape trying to take it apart!! When I asked to speak to a manager they said that I should come back another week.
They were also very disrespectful and hostile!

yeah I'm giving this two stars cuz well nothing really stood out as far as customer service and prices are not competitive especially on the butane fuel that come in there to buy I don't think I'll be returning.
