In my experience
1.The employees didn’t seem knowledgeable
2. One of employees broke our vape trying to help and for some reason didn’t want to take accountability
3. They were not allowing us to speak to upper management for obvious reasons
4.the employees began getting rude when asking questions even in calm demeanor and polite approach

Tried to park in front of store. Was told an unlabeled spot i was pulling into was for the owner. That's extremely unprofessional the employee who "kicked me out" of the spot said he didn't care i had a baby an it was raining. Extremely rude. Absolutely unprofessional. Joker smoker on capital has better prices don't waste ur time with unprofessional people like this

The advertising for the store said open until 10 or 11 pm on the web. I showed up at 8 pm money in hand and the employee was very rude. I have referred many people to your business. You have forever lost my business and the business of every one who doesn’t like false advertising. I will spend my money elsewhere because your business doesn’t need it apparently.

Totally impressed with this store. Great selection of everything any smoker could want. Everything was clean, organized, and well stocked. The staff helped me out with picking up a vape to help me quit cigarettes. He got me a good starter set without trying to upsell. Looking forward to going back.

Beware! Went in as newby looking for a vaporizer for cbd hemp flower, had what seemed like a great chat with a clerk and left happy - quickly discovered what he'd sold me was a combustion pipe NOT a vape. Out $35 for a device I didn't want and $15 for the gram of bud that literally burned up. Returned to the store 3 times over several days and each time was told "no refunds no returns" by staff. No effort to make it right and when I suggested they at least replace the hemp flower, they even accused me of lying to get free stuff. Email to manager/owner, no response.
