Cloud City Smoke & Vape Shop

My friend and i went in for a look around and to pick up a couple of things. The store is big and has everything you don't even know you need. The best part was the beautiful Angie who took the time to answer our questions and even laughed at our dumb humor. She took the time and that's the best part. We will be back.

Great store but the young lady that was working late evening night time on December 10th was completely rude unprofessional and lazy she couldn't walk over and do her job for me to look at something to buy.

Nate was fantastic and hooked me up with what I needed! I came in clueless about vaping and he was very patient and informative about the products. Thank you so much!!

They sold me a broken bong. They offered no help and or exchange. They see that it is broken n tell me to glue it together. Just very disappointed that I won’t be able to go back anymore

Stopped by to check out their inventory- I was pleasantly surprised!! The selection was amazing! Huge open floor plan with literally everything a connoisseur would need. I ended up finding an amazing quartz dab rig!! Cloud city has great deals, great quality, and great service! Would highly recommended going in and asking for Angie, very nice and professional.

THEE BEST smoke shop I've been too by far. It was the cleanest and most unique shop I've been too! The manager Angie was the sweetest gal and took the time to show me the glass pieces, as well as telling me which flavors of vape are best. Couldn't of asked for a better experience. Being an out of towner, I felt very welcomed.

The girl that works at this place "the manager" is a clueless, foul mouthed, and rude human being. I went into this store on 01/17/2022 and specifically asked for a standard size rolling machine for standard size rolling papers (standard size is 1 1/4 inches - just ask Google). She sold me one and then right away I realized it was not STANDARD SIZE. Trusting her I bought it but when she handed it to me I knew it wasn't right. She would not refund the purchase. I asked to speak to the manager because I felt that a refund was appropriate since I specifically asked for standard size and I had not left the store. She said she was the manager and refused to connect me with her superior. She began to accuse me of yelling at her and started pointing to the Raw rolling machines and other rolling machines calling them standard (zigzag has been around for a long time and they have set "the standard"). When I was leaving she yelled from across the store, in front of other people - "Don't ever come back to MY store b!t¢h". Clearly this girl doesn't know her a$$ from her elbow and will say anything to sell something. I hope the owner rewinds the security footage, to make it easier to pinpoint I was with my friend who is in a wheelchair.

Easily my favorite local smoke shop in Sparks, great prices and good customer service is what brings me back. They always have my 420 needs and at good prices. Angie always hells me find what I need and she's fun to talk to as well. She doesn't mind showing you any glass you wanna check out and is quick to help you with any information you might need. Thanks to Angie, will be coming back.

Great store, lots of products. One of the few that actually carry e-cigg juice that isn't fruity or sweet. Only complaint is the employee. One in particular. The lady openly armed ASKING for tips. I've worked in customer service industries and you DO NOT ASK THE CUSTOMER FOR A TIP! You especially don't tell the customer they will get a discount if you tip. And as a supporter of the right to bear arms and open carry, it's not a good idea if you are worried about robbery. If someone is going to rob you and sees you're packing they will just shoot your @@$. Keep it behind the counter near the registers, also some people will be put off by the sight of the firearm. A place of business is not the place for political statements. Hope the owner sees this and has a talk with her.

It definitely would have been a 5 star review, but they had glass in display cases -with- price tags on them (as if we could buy them) and when we tried to buy one the smoke shop clerk notified us that the glass in said cases were not for sale? But they had prices on them 😕 great prices but that really bummed us out.. besides that the customer service was great! 👍🏼 thank you!
