Even with the recent viral vid of an employee that went ballistic on a customer because he was wearing a MAGA hat?!!!! I still shop with this business because I have never experienced anything but pleasant, very happy, very informed employees who go out of their way to explain what you might not understand & suggest the best products!

As far as "Vape shops" are concerned, this one is the top of its class!
Nevermind its sheer size, the amount of diversity and amount of product is amazing! This is something you would expect from a corporate chain of stores, and "Exhale City" is just that!
With thay being said, the staff here have been amazing. Everyone is knowledgeable enough to be helpful, yet humble enough to get the answer for you of they dont know!
For me I have no desire to look to shop other vape stores. This one fulfills me desires through its product selection, and jas my loyalty through it's great customer service!

LOVED ALL their CBD products. I looked at the glass work they had too. It was AMAZING it was ART!!! They had more options on EVERY type of glass work, & other accessories, hookahs & LOTS of things for those, BEST selection of EVERYTHING u need than I have EVER seen!!! (& I've lived in many states lol) The long haired blonde guy took his time with me, in between customers which is a good thing. Helped me make a GREAT decision on the best CBD oil products for me :) & he knows his stuff on everything else for that matter lol. Even handled a (young) RUDE customer VERY well. I appreciate the service & y'all have got a regular coustmer from me :) I'll spread the word too :)

This place has too high of prices and the "Store Manager" lacks very basic customer service skills. We took a vape back after two days of purchase for some help, he basically told us it was our problem and showed no sympathy. Will never shop here again.
