I have other stores much closer to me, but opted to give this place a chance based on the reviews. I'm glad I did. If I had known this was the same location as the previous smoke shops, I probably would have automatically avoided it, as they were kind of grimy.This store is the polar opposite, however, as you can tell from the pictures. I went there for tobacco and they have a good brand of RYO Turkish blend I can never find locally. Didn't catch the name of the guy working there, but he was pretty cool.

I had a thousand questions about various things and got impeccable customer service from Jalessa. I would definitely recommend this place compared to preeeettty much anywhere else.

You buy junk, you get stuck with junk. Please do not go there. Cheap stuff that falls apart and they do not care. These reviews must be their friends, look on other sites, terrible reviews of cheap products, do your research

A great store but they never have the same employee twice. I go in there all the time and I don’t think the employees are very happy with management and ownership. It’s a shame I think stores like this make an excellent place to connect the community.

Ive been coming here for quite some time and have always had excellent service (with one exception involving being assured a coil would fit when I k ew it wouldnt, but that was corrected the next day). Today around 5 I received great service from the blonde gentleman who helped me find a new tank for my vape, he was very knowledgeable with any questions I had and mad sure I was aware of the sales, he swore by a tank I had previously that I loved in the past but was looking for something different this go around. I have to say the tank he hooked me up with is amazing and even though I use xhale for all my vape needs I will be coming to this location as much as I can. I live in Atlanta but its worth the trip

I've been going to this store for many years and half the time they are the most helpful staff and a good selection, the other half of the time however has been some of the most horrific experiences in my life. They sell misleading products and will tell you anything to make a sale, and for that I will never visit this shop again.
