Good selection but bad customer service. The guy I talked to had an attitude when I called and acted like he didn’t want to answer my questions. I asked him if he was ok and he started to cuss me out and told me to come up there so we could fight! I went up there and he didn’t do nothing but complain. Weirdest thing ever but oh well.

Would not recommend. The customer service is so bad. They treat you as if you are inconveniencing THEM. They seem to want to rush you out of the store. So, I immediately left and didn’t give them my service. I guess they don’t really want your money?
Don’t shop here. There’s plenty of other smoke shops in the area that would gladly help you and appreciate your time. Go down the street to Cloud 9.

so my mom went in there while I sat in the car, she goes in there and three employees were working and absolutely no one was in the store. she asks if they had a specific mod and they said they didn’t. Well my mom asks politely if the employee working the counter could call the other store and see if they had mod as we’ve driven a lot and didn’t want to make the drive to the other store. He very disrespectfully said I don’t see why you can’t do that yourself. My mom has been a loyal customer but because of these employees she will no longer be as she has said herself. she left with them laughing towards her and I don’t appreciate that.

Used to love coming here, seems like no one knows enough about the coils they sell. I appreciate when someone just says, "sorry I don't know about that and I don't want to just guess and give you the wrong ones" instead of pretending they know what they're talking about. I've been sold the wrong coils twice now in the last few days so I'm still out of coils that actually work with my tanks. 2 different tanks, 2 different coils, 2 different people.

Awesome store!! Staff is always helpful. Gallery type setup cool to just go and admire glass artwork. Has a VIP rewards program helpful for those who want to save $$$ also the glass and accessories range from $ to $$$$. Great if you looking to not spend a lot or if you are.

Word of advice to your workers, if someone comes in for a return/exchange tell them first y’all don’t do that. I came in with a broken pen battery and the guy never said anything about how y’all couldn’t do that knowing very well I was under the impression you could. He then continued to ask questions about why it wasn’t working, laughed, and said “I just don’t understand how you can have something for 5 days and now it’s supposedly not working. I just don’t get what the problem is”. It sure as hell sounded like he was insinuating I made it up or broke the pen so I was trying to get a new one when reality is YOU GUYS sold me the faulty product that I’m now having to pay for. Worst part is not only did I waist my time trying to prove there was an actual problem in the first place, but I also used all my points to buy something that didn’t work just to be disrespected by the worker “helping me”. All of this would have been avoided if he simply told me there was nothing he could do rather than being rude trying to prove a point. Management you better talk to your staff about how to handle costumers that are unhappy with a product purchased because all this situation has done is made me realize it wasn’t the manufacturer I should be mad at but y’all for selling the product in the first place.
