Probably the worst customer service and employee education I've ever experienced. I recently came in and purchased a 1200$ piece and asked the associate for a puffco peak pro atomizer. Without checking I finished the sale and went home to be surprised when I found out that she gave me a regular puffco atomizer. I thought no big deal though, it's been 1 hour, and even though it's already an inconvenience to me, I'll drive back up and swap if for the right thing, no big deal, right?... Oh boy was I mistaken. They have a no return no refund policy, which I 100% understand, BUT TO HAVE YOUR ASSOCIATE GIVE ME THE WRONG PART THAT I CAN'T EVEN USE AND THEN TO NOT MAKE IT RIGHT AFTER SPENDING 1200$ ON A PIECE??? THIS IS HOW YOU LOSE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.
