The staff was helpful and I liked my juices. However, I also bought a pack of Arctic Horizon coils and they did not look or taste right. Upon checking the code included on the box, the Horizon website stated the product was counterfeit; however, the manager at cloud 9 contacted me after I brought this to their attention and quickly apologized and offered me a replacement and some extras for my trouble. This store has no intention of selling counterfeit products and they have addressed the issue with their distributors. HIGHLY Recommend!!!
