Pretty shady business tactics. Will try to trick you out of money, different employees will tell you different prices, convince you to buy things you don’t want/need, and if you walk in knowing what you’re looking for and talking about they talk down to you. Manager was incredibly rude, young girl working was very misinformed. Not to mention everything is priced much higher than any of the other 3/4 smoke shops in Athens. Avoid the bad service and incredible price gouges, go literally anywhere else.
Edited to add: at NO POINT did anyone ID me or my friend while purchasing water pipes. 🙃

I stop by this place, at most, once every eight weeks and yet, somehow, they remember my order and my name. Not only that, the workers aren't annoying which makes the minute and a half I spend in there quick, smooth, and enjoyable. I'm not entirely sure how they've managed to only hire people who are straight up, personable, kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and not socially inept, but whatever it is, they're coming correct. I suppose this would equate to why I'm a regular.

This place ROCKS! I recently purchased a high quality device from these guys a month ago, I love it(Orion Lost Vape)! Yesterday it quit firing for me and I was devastated 😔 I reached out for a copy of the receipt assuming I’d have to deal solely with the manufacturer, which is usually what most places would say,.... NOPE! Thankfully I was dealing with Cloud 9 because not only did “Alex” while on the phone help troubleshoot the issue but also, while there to pick up receipt for warranty, was able to FIX MY VAPE(I had accidentally purchased the wrong cartridge for the device)!🙄☺️Super friendly, super helpful, & saved me $$$$ for a new device(I LOVE the Orion Lost Vape)& I am now a loyal customer always of Cloud 9 on Broad Street! ❤️

Won’t do returns or refunds for unused products bought because of poorly given advice on products. Should either make return policy more clear or allow them. Customers’ money should not be wasted because of poor advice.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER IN A VAPE SHOP! I'm from out of state and not familiar with most of the juice you have but these 2 Awesome guys ,shot out to Brandon and Amir! These guys had me In and out in a matter of minutes and they were so friendly and helpful. You guys rock!
