So I recently moved to Athens to attend UGA. I have bought numerous products here and every single one seems to break. I first bought a Suorin Air which broke in 2 days. I then went back and bought a Suorin iShare thinking it was just one bad mod. Nope this one broke in the next few days too. I have another salt nic device i use but i wanted to get a new one. I went home on spring break and purchased a Smok Rolo Badge from my local store back in my hometown. It worked like a charm until I needed more pods. I went to the shop today and purchased a pack of 3 pods. After using the first one for a bit my device began to not hit. I tried switching to a new one and had the same problem. I tried to go back and use my old one i still had lying around but it was too late. This shop has sold me two devices that broke within days of getting them and now somehow broke my new device moments after putting their pods into it. So in final I've spent close to $100 at this store and dont have a working vape.
edit: They took care of everything great service while i was there too.

Legit sold me a broke atomizer for the puff co I went outside put it on didn’t work come back inside and they gone tell me no refund policy. Bum store go to the lion vape instead!

I went there to get a pen battery and dude upsold to a $50 battery, assuring me there was virtually no chance my cartridge wouldn't fit. Well it didn't and now I'm out $50. Do not listen to these guys. I will never step foot into this or any cloud 9 store again. See ya.

Doil is a excellent manager he helped me out big time my hookah didnt have its metal rod at the bottom and he went out the way to make it right .. totally my go to spot for now on

Nothing but inexperienced CLOWNS work here. One of the worst shops in town. Sure they have seemingly appealing chinese glass, but definitely overcharge for almost everything.
