My husband and I went to this shop on a whim right before closing time. I was really impressed with Doyle's ability to help us find what we wanted. We will definitely be back!
On an unfortunate side note the titanium concentrate nail that we got didn't end up properly fitting our current piece, but that wasn't anyone's fault but ours as we don't know the size of our piece. It does fit okay, but it unfortunately wobbles which makes it difficult to use properly. Here's to hoping we can eventually find the right size.

Alex was part of clouds great staff and helped me with getting the right product. I recommend Cloud 9 for everything. Also there is a 100% no refund policy and I purchased a product and the manager Doyle helped me switch it out. Thanks Cloud.

Don’t typically give 1 star unless I’ve had repeated negative experiences. With that being said I came into the store Friday afternoon and their debit reader was down, which happens and was a little irritating. My main issue was with the fact that I called this establishment before I came on Saturday and was quoted a price on some items but when I actually took the time to go up there the price was almost doubled! I told the gentleman working that I had previously called and was given a complete different price and all he had to say was “that’s above my pay grade” I then laid my items on the counter and told him I would give my money somewhere else. Kind of sad actually because they are probably the cleanest and widest selection in Athens.
Will update status if I ever go back in there.

We have been to several of the Vape stores in Athens and Cloud 9, in our opinion is the best. They always have more inventory and selection than the other stores. They are open until 2am on Friday and Saturday nights. All their employees are friendly and very helpful. Thanks for being there Cloud 9.

Nice vape shop, decent prices. Parking can be a bit difficult but overall like the place. Would give 5 stars but one day walked in to a strong incense smell and it was way overpowering and made about sick

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is they are out of the good nicotine disposables. If they ordered larger stocks of the good ones like Orb or something similar it would be better. Other than that, everything was great.

I would give this place three stars, maybe four for the effort management originally put into the place, but honestly there are so many things keeping it from being a good enough vape shop to recommend. The new wave of staff are not very experienced at all and could not recommend you anything other than what would help fill their commission check. Knowing your product is a big part of selling it, and they fall short in both regards. Much of the vape hardware are clones, and they won't tell you that upfront. Juice is all off brands sold at a premium price to those who don't know any better.
Their glass selection is alright, but the quality often does not justify the price tag. Much of it comes down to how they present themselves, which while being more professional than other shops of their kind, is still lacking and mostly based in deception.
