New staff and management, also lots of good new stock on mods and combos. House juice blend of the week “cactus bite” sounds good glad to see they have new management and juice stocks

I bought a Nord 2 a week or two ago to replace my Aegis, from this shop. First issue I had (just days after I purchased) was the pod leaking, so I changed the pod. Today, I put the Nord in my hoodie pocket like I have every other day (that’s why I purchased a POCKET SIZED vape). There’s no way the button was pressed while in my pocket, because it’s a loose hoodie. I smelled something burning and it was the device. Called the store to ask about warranty info and, before I could even finish explaining what happened, the girl interrupted me and got defensive. She told me, “it’s only warrantied for manufacturers defects...”. THIS IS A MANUFACTURER DEFECT. I have shopped at this location for YEARS because it’s right by my house. This is not the first issue I’ve had with POOR quality coming out of their shop (burnt disposables often, lack of inventory, etc.), but it will be the last time I shop there. I will be going exclusively to Vapor Uprising! Amazing customer service!

My boyfriend and I noticed this shop show up really close by so we figured we'd wander in and get a feel for the place; It's a brand new shop so they have room to grow but the impression we got from the owner and her employee was AMAZING. I really see a lot of potential for this shop. If you're looking for a friendly, calm environment with knowledgeable staff (that doesn't feel pretentious or rude about information given) I really recommend this shop!
Another AWESOME thing is that they want to and do showcase works by local artists on their walls.
Overall an amazing first impression. The people there are very friendly and informative on what they know.
This will likely be our go-to shop as long as they continue on the path they've started.

This place is the only place to go for your vape needs! Vince helped me tremendously by taking the time to educate me about various products and their varied uses. This is a ‘hometown’ business and customer service is everything! That’s so refreshing to see and experience, that just on this I wouldn’t shop anywhere else, including online, as you can’t try it that way and you won’t necessarily know if what you are getting is what you need. You really need to try their specialty juices, there are none better! It’s a homey, family owned business that’s doing everything right, and you’ll ‘feel’ that the moment you walk in...I love supporting small LOCAL businesses, and this is one of my favourites.

Staff was extremely helpful. They knew the e-liquids very well and helped me find exactly what I needed. The shop is really nice and the prices are reasonable. Will definitely be visiting here again.

Horrible place. Bought a vape for $60. Didn’t tell my girlfriend it wasn’t put together. The oil went everywhere filled the battery. Told her to it in rice like that was going to do something and pretty much told her that they couldn’t give her a refund or swap it out.
