What I love about this place besides the owner it was very sweet and very cute is there great selection of Vape products as well as variety of flavors and soon they will be introducing pipes and other paraphernalia. They have a great atmosphere and the music is top notch. Wonderful staff and a great place to go to for all your vaping and smoking needs.

I Sept over $100 on a new set up. I even tipped 15%. I was having trouble figuring out how to fill it, it's a push and slide designed tank. I went in the next day to get some help. I asked her if she could help me figure out how to slid it open. She just replied "by law I can't touch your rig" and immediately moved on to the next person inline. She didnt try to help or try to understand what I was asking. I was about to just return my rig because the service was so bad, the only reason I kept it is because a nice CUSTOMER helped me and explained how to use the rig (I SHOULD HAVE TIPPED HIM). They should hire people who are willing to help and who know know to explain how to use the rigs they sell, without touching or ignoring their needs. I will never go back

I bought one of the jus bars from this store and they sold me a bad vape. It was one where you pulled the plastic out the mouth piece and wait 2 to 5 min to hit. I waited 12 min to be on the safe side and no juice was absorbed into the coil. I was upset, so i went back and visited them to see what the issue was and they couldn't tell what it was. Note they convinced me to buy this product. I asked if i could get a reimbursement and they gave me a solid no! I spoke with the owner if she could find the issue and she couldn't. She as well wouldnt reimburse me. I came in very respectfully and i felt very disrespected knowing i just got scammed! The 2 associates i spoke with were pretty respectful because they take orders just like i do, but I'm sure the owner knew what she was doing.

Went in and needed help with buying some pods for my vape, it was given to me so I didn’t know the exact product I needed, but good thing it’s their job to know this stuff, so I thought. Dude sold me the wrong one by mistake, found out in the parking lot of the store when I went to try it out. I realized it didn’t fit so I went right back in, not 2 minutes later, to see if they would swap it out. Instead the dude who sold me the stuff went and hid in the back and the new guy refused to refund me so I could go find what I needed elsewhere since they didn’t have it. Overall bad store, take your money elsewhere at all cost

Sold me the the wrong flavor type I asked for a ice flavor didn’t check it out until I made the purchase and I know u can’t return these so yeah not great

The owner is attentive and knowledgeable; however, a few employees are clueless of the products they sell, or clueless in general, and cannot mix juice right. Sold me coils for wrong device, then gave me hassle about it instead of simply apologizing and taking care of issue. We literally drive 30 min just to get a particular flavor. We'll be locating new business.
