Always changing their hours. To times that no person could humanly be there. Your cash register basically makes me tip the hell out of you guys with 100 dollars a sale you’d think they would want to work past 8 or before lunch.... come on.

I've been a loyal customer to Oya Vape for about 4 years now. Up until recently this store was my go to, #1 in the local area, chill vibes, cool and caring people.
The last couple visits have been a bit different. Specifically with this long haired gentleman who tends to be working at the time. While its great he has pride working there the first encounter was a ton of chatting about random stuff about the gov't. To be honest man I'm just here for some vape juice.
The second visit was today, and I'm more than troubled by the encounter, and quite possibly may not use Oya again, which bothers me. I went in to purchase some new coils for both my wife's and my tanks. Upon struggling to still find a coil for my SMOK Mag's tank we decided it was time for me to get a new mod+tank. My wife already had an AEGIS single battery mod, so I decided to get something similar, but they STILL didn't have the kits for the single battery. Now I'm pushed to purchase the dual battery mod. This costed about $230 with juice out the door, only to find out about 30 min later when I went to open it, that I was given the EMPTY DISPLAY BOX?!?! I go back and get this rectified, but this is also where it gets tricky. When I went back in for the 2nd or 3rd time, the gentleman who is working there started to get pretty impatient with me as I'm now trying to rectify his mistake. I can hear the irritation in his voice at this point as he reaches behind the counter and pulls out another box of the mod I purchased and kind of aggressively tosses it onto the counter, "Here take this one and leave that one, you should be good."
Oya, as a loyal customer who has only gone to YOU through the rise of prices over the years, I'm sorry to say that I don't know that I'll be coming back. It kind of hurts to be so loyal to something and receive this treatment when I've been going there longer than the employees have been working there.

Such a relaxing atmosphere! Good music and over all good feel to the place not to mention they have a lot of options in terms of Pod Systems and Mods, Miguel was SUPER kind and helpful. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.

I wanted strawberry cream, they didn't have it but he made sure to even research they're different vape juice to see if they had something like it, I ended up with peaches and cream and it's amazing! Thank you for taking the time to make sure I was happy!!

The customer service was really great, I went in today at 7pm to get some juice which was one of your house juices and was really excited to try it when I got home and try it. When I got home I tried it on my RDA and it just tasted like it had no flavor at all. It honestly tasted like I was vaping straight VG. I’m hoping I can bring it back tomorrow morning and either have more flavor mixed into it or just get a new bottle. Other then that issue the person I worked with was great. If I can get this issue fixed I will definitely leave a better review!

New to the Springs and happened upon this cool vape shop. The same guy has been there on each of my trips and he's the coolest, most helpful fellow. I've definitely found my regular vape store.
