Are you looking for a great vape shop? How about quality goods? What about excellent customer service? Do you enjoy a peaceful vibe? Then look no further, this shop is the place to be.
This is my first time in this shop and the employee Jeremy did a great job at answering my questions without fail. I think when I left the shop, I would be able to explain some knowledge to my non-vape friends since I do not vape right now. I simply like learning new knowledge and such. With that being said, they have a lot of options, budget friendly to pricey I'd you fancy that.
All in all, I recommend you come to this business to support it and buy your wares that you need.

My first time here was yesterday and the worker was very helpful. I bought a vape and liked it, then I went back this morning and bought 2 more. 1 of the 2 didn't work after about an hour after leaving the store and I called to see if they would do something for me and they said no. I understand they have to be careful of ppl trying to scam but I was literally just there and they knew that. So that was very
disappointing and now I'm without a vape.

I found this shop lovely and the staff very knowledgeable. I think the problem with some ppl who can’t read the return policy is that they want something for free. As a small business owner that is appalling. Grow up get a job and be a member of the working class. That way you don’t need to steal that is what that is when you want something for free and think you are entitled. I said what I said!

I purchased e-juice from here, based off recommendation from person in store. Juice was/is disgusting. ALLEGEDLY Blueberry & Raspberry, instead it's a Menthol Eucalyptus, Not even a full tank out of a 120 mil, and won't exchange/trade out, or replace with different e-juice. For 32 bucks for a 120 mil, you guys could've done better. Pathetic.

I purchased a smock Nord for from a very nice person in Oya vapes. He was guiding me on which vapes I would be most comfortable with. We ended up on a smok Nord 4 And I asked him specifically about the return policy. He stated I have 14 days to come and return this device if it is defective. He did not state that I had to have a receipt. I have everything that I was given on that exact day to include the bag I was giving it in. Lo and behold, this mock nord is not working correctly. I go to make the return and I am not allowed to do so. You need to educate your employees and make sure that they hand out receipts even if the customer declines ( which I did not because I was not even given the option). If you are aware that you're warranty or whatever warranty that I can come back and make a claim on requires a receipt. You need to be handing out receipts.

Great place to go if in need of some new vaping equipment....! Only been in there 1nce but it was totally worth it they close alil earlier then so keep that in mind if ur traveling from across town or something plan accordingly with the afternoon traffic..... but I dig it, the vibes are chill right when u get through the door
