Super amazing store, all sorts of stuff 4 any smoking variety needs. The great variety is only exceeded by the quality of their friendly & kind staff. I had a small pod which needed a new atomiser, they were willing 2 order me the correct unit, however since I'm an impatient person the staff presented me with a similar alternative. Which turns out 2 b better then my originally bought pod. They even offered 2 look at my previous pod in order 2 determine if perhaps it could b fixed, or at least troubleshoot the common problems hoping 2 fix my old one. Most stores just try 2 sell you a new device.
Turns I had started this review & totally forgot 2 finish it, & now almost a year later I return 2 my favourite vape store & make new friends, who once again displayed exceptional professionalism, knowledge, kindness, friendliness, & their truly honest desire 2 help. Nora & drake did as their predisessors, they did not fail 2 amaze me with inviting kindness & respect. Thank u 4 all of u at black market vape who together make your store absolutely unique & priceless.

this was always the first vape shop i’d go to and i wouldn’t go anywhere else if they weren’t open. i have a certain type of havoc uwell and they have the specific coils for it nowhere near the other uwell coils, which is absolutely fine. however, i know where they store the coils bc a worker went looking for it once despite not seeing it at first. i came in tuesday night (after working 12 hours straight) to get a new coil and the guy that “helped” me went to look for it where i knew it wasn’t and he came back and said they were out. i kindly asked him to check the other side on the very top shelf and he caught an attitude with me and still only looked at the shelf under and came back with the same “we’re out”. i wasn’t trying to be rude or tell him how to do his job, i was just pointing out where they were bc they have a tendency to be hard to find. i’ve never been the kind of person to leave bad reviews, but how are you gonna catch an attitude with a customer who was just trying to help. i really did love this store and always made sure to tip, but i won’t be coming back.
