I came from out of town with broken glass looking for a replacement. I was helped by Jeremy and he was fantastic. He cleaned out all remaining fragments and replaced it all...even refilling it before I went. All for less than $10. They wouldn't let me tip so this is my tip JEREMY IS THE GOAT

I love this Vapor Lounge and it’s because of Jenny and Caleb that I won’t go anywhere else. They have been an enormous help whenever I’m trying to decide on juice flavors. I can usually tell either of them what I’m looking for and they always know exactly what to recommend. They’ll even tell me when something isn’t that great. I trust their judgment with juice and with questions about the functions of a mod. They are very, very knowledgeable and super friendly.
I have always enjoyed the laid back vibe in the stores.

Horrible place to work with. Got a mod from there a while back. They told me it was a great unit. Had nothing but problems with it. Took it to them they replaced it with a new one. Still same problems with this model. Needed help with salt nics and different types that could be used with this unit. They didnt tell me anything other then it wont work with what i have. I dont recommend this place if you want help or info on the unit your getting. And they only want you to buy the most expensive stuff they have on there shelves. They are all about selling and not about the customers... Not a gooe place at all.
