Bought a smok novo2 from here this afternoon. Walked back to my hotel, opened the box, and the battery was completely drained.I know that’s not normal for this product. I’ve had 6 of them. Took 2 hours to charge, then was discharged in less than 2 hours. Also not normal. Walked back to the store to try to exchange it, and the guy refused because “it works” and “you already opened it”. I asked if he could swap it out for the display model that’s already opened since he insists that mine works. He still refused. I’m out $35, and I imagine that defective product is already back on the shelf.

I was looking for a place that had O.P.M.S Black kratom shots. This is the first place I went, but I won't be going to any other. I'm from the Dallas area and their selection of kratom shots is great. Not to mention the their prices are the lowest I've ever bought these shots at! The shope is super clean and had a nice variety of all their products. The guy was super nice who helped me too. 10/10 would recommend!
