Smokees Vape & Smoke shop

I just walk into the smoke shop. You would never guess you’re in Galveston where everything is overpriced. Literally the best prices on the strip. Don’t try out any other place. They literally had 3 g of Delta disposable for $15. On the other side of the island people are charging $45-$60 for the same thing. There was two ladies working today. Can’t remember their names for the life of me. After my most recent experience at the shop I think everyone Needs a raise

Girl working february 21st at 11pm was ridiculously rude. Literally the second i walked in she sighed loudly and practically yelled at me to give her my ID, no how are you first or nothing, never had such rudeness with a smoke shop worker. she was on the phone with her buddies sitting down on her little stool and it seemed to bother her that someone walked in the store and interrupted her relaxing chatting with her buddies. I was looking at the products I wanted for 5 seconds and she said “which do you want?!?” rushing me into selecting, made me very uncomfortable and rushed. I asked the price of a product, and she rudely sighed and said “i’m checking it” in a rude manner. When i didn’t like the price of that one she huffed and puffed and just grabbed a random one that i didn’t even ask for and told me the price, I just wanted to hurry up and be out of there so i said yes not thinking about what it is. She was also talking to her friends on the phone in the middle of our interaction. I have very bad anxiety, she really made me uncomfortable, made me almost have a panic attack and definitely made me never want to shop there again. The product I received is terrible and overpriced as well, but that may be because she rushed me into picking some random product.This is terrible customer service and this girl that cant seem to not have a temper tantrum at customers coming into the shop to buy products, needs to be fired. I will be spreading the word to all my local friends. Thanks for the uncomforting welcome my first time in the shop. I’m not sure of her name, but i gave you the date and time so you should be able to figure that out.

Jenny was unprofessional sales rep for business. Started yelling at customer who bought a broken vape piece. She’s a manager to this business and puts a bad face for the business. It was like dealing with a high schooler who works in fast food with an attitude. Orura was doing the best job defusing a situation jeanna or Jenny started. I would consider some readjustments in positioning jeanna or jenny isn’t suited for

I didn't get the worker's name, but I went yesterday she was very helpful and friendly with me. Got a great deal on a new vape with some juice, definitely would recommend

Customer service was excellent and was treated very nice with that being said. I Bought a few pre rolled and they are so loosely rolled that they bearly smoke without falling apart and having to relight them every time I take a puff defiantly not work the $74 for the 10 I bought better off buying the flowers and rolling them yourself or smoke it through a pipe

Kinda pricey but very clean location and the store has a nice layout. Employees could be a little more knowledgeable about the products they sell but overall I'd probably shop there again.

The girl working there was visibly bothered by the fact that we were even in the building and by the fact that she had to get off her stool and do some type of work. She huffed and puffed and sighed loudly as if she had better things to do than to answer simple customer inquiries. The attitude she had was atrocious and gives the whole business a bad name. We won’t be going back.

I come in almost weekly and my experience is always nice especially from Aura. She’s always very helpful with picking out something new and letting me know what’s new in the store and she is super sweet . Thank you Aura ! ( :
