He was knowledgeable, attentive, and shared his experience with products which was helpful in our ultimate purchase.
Went in to spend 5 dollars and spend 60 instead. Well worth it! They also had a cute lil spin to win if you spend over a certain dollar amount. Will return 🤘

Scott as well as everyone else who has waited on me have been tremendously helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. If I have any concerns or complaints they have readily handled everyone of them. This place is great! It has a really chill vibe and nice people behind the counter. They have a really wide selection of vape supplies; RDA's, tanks, coils, coil rolling kits, and some really great flavors.
They've also got pipes and other need stuff to check out, plus they have some really comfy furniture to relax in if you're feeling like hanging around.

I was 100% new to vape products. I didn’t know where to go so I checked out the reviews on google and saw that Vape Certified had some great reviews. I went into the store and was pleasantly surprised! Very clean, very professional looking store. There is a huge selection of juice!! The prices were great!! I came in completely clueless and Kristin was AMAZING!! She was so kind and helpful! She absolutely wanted to make sure I got what I was looking for. She explained everything. She didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t want. She took the time to show me how everything worked and even setup my vape for me! I got a great deal. Kristin was just awesome! I am so thankful that she helped me. I absolutely recommend Vape Certified for ANY vape needs. Wonderful experience. I will definitely be back!

I bought a mini approximately 90 days ago. I only used the battery on weekends.
Last weekend the button malfunctioned.
I returned to the store to hopefully get an exchange. I was told nope, but we'll offer you a discount on another purchase.
They were very enthusiastic to sell, but lacked in customer satisfaction with a bad product. All I wanted was an exchange. Disappointed in this store
