First visit. Saw a billboard and decided to stop in. Great place and a friendly atmosphere. Needed some kratom and the gentleman that assisted me was very knowledgeable and helpful as the selection was quite extensive. In and out in a few minutes. They have my business from now on. Highly recommended.

The lady working there was rude, didn’t seem to want to answer any of our questions, and got very upset with us for call using the word bong and forced us to call it a “water pipe”. No big deal, but then she didn’t even know what is was and she showed us a dab rig which was not what we were interested in at all. Based on the horrible music, the sky high pricing, and the lack of knowledge coupled with rude service these people are in the wrong business. If you’re looking to buy a new piece of some sort smoking equipment I would absolutely go elsewhere. Will not be going returning. Really was an unpleasant and frustrating experience. Get some happy knowledgeable people working there and lower the prices and maybe I would reconsider…

I have been in this smoke shop 3 different times, each and every time I go in I get greeted with professional employees. I have asked several questions about different products and each one of the employees have a great deal of knowledge about the products they sell. I highly recommend Elevated Smoke and Vape for all of your daily needs. Great store and extremely great staff.

We made a last-minute trip to check out this shop and it ended up being the best decision! My girlfriend and I have been trying out different Kratom strands, but we’re still learning. Luckily, Rachel, was working and she was very knowledgeable and inviting to us newbs :) There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything and she even gave us a mini-tour of the shop and explained a ton of other stuff. They are stocked with all kinds of goodies that we want to try asap. Overall a great experience and we’ll definitely be back soon.

Awesome experience! This place has been great during COVID 19. Taking caution with their sales by wearing masks and gloves to confront customers and get them their desired products. They have been standing in the parking lot waiting for customers and bringing out their orders with little to no contact due to the pandemic. 5 stars!

Absolutely phenomenal shop all around. Everyone there has always been helpful, friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and engaged with my needs. It's the only store that I know of in the Nashville area that carries Kratom which in itself is an absolute lifesaver for those looking for all natural methods for anxiety and pain relief without having to deal with big pharm. Better yet, they're continuously expanding their selection to provide more of a variety of strands to meet specific individual's needs. Super solid place to go in my book.
