Came into this shop for the first on Thursday 3/5/20. Ivan helped me around the shop. That’s when I saw the Kratom on the wall he explain to me what it benefits were so I decided to buy the train wreck blend. Told Ivan and I had a Cortizone shot to be put in my neck the 11th that following Wednesday well Tuesday night I decided that I was not wanting take the shot because of my pain was so much dramatically reduced that the shot was not needed. I Highly recommend the shop and the people here know what they are selling.

I've shopped around for kratom and have found Ivan and the other associates very knowledgeable, patient and overall helpful. Now, I only shop at this location and have even started buying my vape and e-cig supplies at this shop. Their selection is great! I won't even consider shopping at any other merchant. I highly recommend this shop to all who love kratom, vaping, cbd products and much more!

After having a terrible experience at Saffire Vapor in cool springs, Ivan and Rachel at elevated took care of us and gave us very personal and very sincere customer service.. very cool shop and they even carried my favorite Aqua brand vape juice that big stores like smoke token have chosen to stop carrying.. they definitely earned a new customer
