I had the worst customer service there today nobody will help pick a mode big guy didn’t know the prices the girl there was running back and forth what kind of staff or customer service is that. Then I called to speak with a manager i was on hold for 16mins really. You will never have my business i will copy and paste everywhere.

Worst place ever. I brought some batteries for my mod they have died with 5 hours. So i put them.on the charger they have sold me and and still nothing. So i went into the store and them and basically said they sell defective items and theres nothing she can do.... WOW... Never again i will spend my money here!!!!!!!

Have become frequent visitors to the shop, only reason is manager Erin, very knowledgeable, very patient an super willing to answer any and all questions even when the store is slammed busy, manages all patrons needs in a perfect balance!
