Kyle does a FANTASTIC job at customer service here but the owner of the shop is kind of a condescending, cheapskate jerk who needs to learn to respect his elders. Their prices and selection are pretty good for what it's worth. If you're looking for a job, don't go seeking employment at Dab City because "management" here is lazy and laughable at best.

Came here around 4:45. There’s a sign that says back in 10 on the door. It’s now 5:10 and still no one is back. I’m now leaving. Your products are overpriced anyway. Seventh Sense on Two Knotch in Columbia has way better selection and deals. Somebody else is walking away now as well. So have about 6 other people since I’ve been waiting....just wow..wow

Every time I come into the shop, my girls have either exactly what I'm looking for or very close to it. I have an issue with memory so I can't remember their names but I want to make sure they get recognized. They call me Mama and I just adore them.

If I could give zero stars I would. Been in 2 days in a row and they don’t have the coils there I need. What kind of vape shop NEVER has coils....?!? The young white girl wasn’t helpful at all.... when I asked when she was going to have more in she said “I have to put the order in today, so not until next week” told me to go to one of their other locations.... nah I’m not running all over town because u can’t keep ur inventory right.
And they fired kelly who was the ONLY reason I went in there be aue his customer service was always on point.
Place is a joke.

Looking for cbd oil, was very overpriced, and one of the ladies was actually very rude at the time of payment. I should have left when she was rude. Will never go back. Unfortunately, they lost a customer. A little tip, if someone is about to spend 140 on cbd oil, do not be rude because they chose to come there and can choose to go elsewhere. We will find another place to go.

Would give no stars if I could. Worst customer service I've ever had. I decided to call before coming in and it took a few tries to get someone to answer. When the employee answered he cussed at me for calling 3 times. I tried to apologize and explain that I was calling so I could have a question answered. He didnt want to hear anything I had to say so I hung up. Once, I visited the store the employee called me out in front of the entire store. I told him he needed to learn to answer the phone instead of complaining since that's what a phone is for. He didnt want to show me any of the stories products so I wasted a drive out there because he would answer my question over the phone. Then refused to help me once I was there. I've learned my lesson, stay away from Dab City they dont want customers that need assistance!

I bought a defective vape mod that leaked brand new out the box. Took it back and the lady replaced the coil, using the replacement coil that came with my pipe and it continued to leak. I asked her to exchange it for a working one and she said no I had to contact the Smok company overseas. $85 for a pipe that wont work right and I'm stuck with it. Will never do business here again and will tell everyone I know to not go there. I don't understand that businesses approach to customer satisfaction as there wasn't any at all.
