I was interested in vaping to quit smoke cigs. I did a little research but was still a 'noob' to the whole vaping community. Going into these kinds of places can be intimidating when you don't know what you are looking for, but not at Primal. The staff is incredible! They embraced the fact that I was new to vaping and helped me pick out my first set-up, which is awesome! Not only that, you get to taste EVERY flavor they have in stock BEFORE you buy it. Believe me when I tell you this has saved me a ton of $$$ as I will think a flavor sounds great and I am ready to buy it but after trying it decide its not for me. I had problems with other shops in the area selling me "counterfeit" or "clone" piece of equipment for the price of authentic. Everything in this store is 100% authentic which is something that I need the piece of mind of having.
I am now a regular customer here, in a few times a week. I am already planning to buy my next set-up as I am now obsessed and need to go BIGGER! If you are looking for a vape shop in the area this is hands down the one you need to go to. You won't be disappointed!
