Staff is always helpful & informed on the Art & Artists. My 1st visit was very cool, they kindly, gave me the whole shop tour. Gorgeous art & function here in Springfield. Looking forward to visiting other Primal Glass locations!

I've been to this store quite a few times for different products/resins. Most of the Employees were friendly, helpful, and somewhat knowledgeable about the products they carry and how to use them. This is coming from someone who hasn't had any exposure to these types of products in a good 35 years or so 🥴. I did I counter one women who after sending me away because she assured me she knew what I was looking for and they sold out of that product, to check in again another day, only to find the product as I was walking by the store window as I was leaving. Ok, that happens they carry a lot of products it's definitely easy to get mixed up. However, when I re-entered the store explaining that I think I had just found what I was looking for on the other side of the very large store! She really seemed annoyed and irritated to assist me any further. After selecting the thing I had gone there for in the first place, I asked about another product across the store. She left the selected purchase on the counter when we returned to the register I paid for the purchase and she said you already picked it up right? I said NO I didn't 🤷🏼♀️! She looked at me irritated so I started emptying my pockets then started on my purse to prove I didn't have the items. Finally she called over to a co-worker and asked if he put anything back in the case to which he answered he had! Thank God he remembered because I'm sure she would have made me pay again she obviously didn't believe me and didn't try to hide the way she was thinking in any way what so ever! Other than that 1 bad experience, and to be fair EVERYONE has a bad day now and again, unfortunately I think I caught her on one, I really have only good things to say about the store, products, AND employees!😁

The actual-best shop in the Greater Philly area. Everyone's so friendly, so knowledgeable, and they have a spectacular selection. There's some really lovely pieces for terrific prices, and most of what I've bought, I've bought for them. Give the mystery bags a shot, too! We got some weird, good stuff out of it.

I was helped by Taylor, who made my experience very easy and enjoyable. Taylor was very good with explaining all the different products. I went ahead and took a risk buying a $50 mystery bag which had a $65 rig that I was going to purchase, it came with a few coupons and other little accessories as well. I’m so happy with the overall quality of everything. I left spending less then $100. If u are new to medical marijuana this is the spot to go on a budget. For once it feels like I didn’t get ripped off thank you Taylor!!!!!
