I went into Smoke, Glass, and Vape to buy a small bag of kratom to tide me over for a few days, until USPS delivered my regular order. While the selection of Kratom in stock was limited, they do have the basics covered, both in powder and capsules. The two employees were very kind and knowledgeable, answering my questions honestly, responding to one of my questions about the packaging that the 'extra special' printed on the bag was something done by the manufacturer to make the bag stand out; there was nothing particularly different about the product. They didn't have the smaller bag in the strain I wanted; instead of asking me to pick something else or pay for the larger bag, they gave me the larger bag from the cost of the smaller bag. I could not have been anymore impressed by the service.
I'm not a smoker myself, but a quick glance around showed they had a nice, artistic collection of pipes, with many priced at $30. They also sell banana leaves for rolling (that made me laugh). I highly recommend Smoke, Glass, and Vape. They care they show towards their customers is something that is rarely shown by most vendors.
