Convenient hours and location. I was happy that the phone was answered immediately and I was treated well. Had what I wanted and a decent selection of various glass and herbal remedies. I plan on taking all of my infrequent business here in the future.

So I'm just starting to vape and the two guys working where quite the customer service reps. They educated me to make sure I knew how to use the rig my buddy gave to me. I work in sales and retail too and this the customer service that should be given everywhere. You can tell they take pride in that shop and their knowledge. I'll definitely be back

Very convenient location on Brownsville Rd. Great selection of glass and kratom. I was new to kratom and the guy working took his time with me and knew all of his products, and the kratom far exceeded my expectations. Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. I am now a frequent customer here and would recommend this shop to anyone. Great experience all the way around

Love this store. It is conveniently located, and while there is street parking, I have never had problems finding a spot. While the store is small, it is well stocked. The store carries a wide selection of items, from glassware to vape pens, and everything inbetween. The staff are super friendly, and very knowledgeable.

Some of the most knowledgeable staff and very friendly guys. They want you to get what you need instead of just overcharging for what you don't. I've been going to these places for a while and this was such a great smoke shop experience I had to say something.
