Spoke with employee on the phone to ask a question. In addition to the apathetic tone and attitude I received from the employee, the response I received was essentially: I just come in to work and leave work, I just work at a head shop, I don't really care. Would say it is horrible customer service, but that was not even customer service. Will not step foot in the place after the phone experience. I suggest you stay away.
