I went into this establishment today with my friend and there was one person working. She did not look up at us or acknowledge us in any way, not even a hello for over 10 minutes. I couldn't believe the poor customer service or zero customer service. If you work with the public, the least you can do is pretend to care about the people walking into your store. I think she may need some customer service training. On a positive note, the second employee came into the store about 30 minutes later greeting us as soon as she walked in. She gets a thumbs up. BTW the employee with the pink hair needs further training and skills, the girl with the dreads and tats gets a thumbs up for quality customer service. Not sure if I will be going back to this store, may just go to Raleigh.
