The juice is Top Notch in flavor in Albuquerque! Sunday/Wednesday sales are awesome! Also great "one stop shop" for all Vape & Tobacco-Product needs and accessories 😉.
The staff is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They patiently help each customer without the feeling of being rushed to decide or buy! They explain anything without talking down to you, and will walk you through any "how to" questions you ask.
I drive 25 minutes across town to go here, even though there are vape shops within 5 minutes from home!

Friendly guys. Their juice is good but they use a sweetener and it tends to blacken wicks/coils faster than other juices. 5 stars for service, 3 stars for juice/hardware/prices

I've been to every single vape shop in Rio rancho and this one is by far my favorite spot. Good prices, great staff and a variety of juice flavors I highly recommend it.

Recently I had the pleasure of working with Steven (the manager?) at the Oasis Vape store in Rio Rancho off Hwy. 528.
I am an arthritic with really bad hands. I'm in my 60's. I've lost the strength and flexibility I used to have in my hands and this causes me to drop things repeatedly throughout the day.
I like water pipes because they make smoking easy on the soft palate at the back of my throat. This is where the smoke hits you on inhalation.
Water pipes mellow out the 'burn' and the heat.
Anyway, on this day in Oasis Vape (also my first visit), I needed a water pipe but didn't want a big honkin' one because I smoke alone. I also didn't want something that would break easily. Add to that, I needed a pipe that wasn't heavy.
Steve took me to every possible pipe in the store that might be right for me. They have a terrific inventory. It wasn't an easy chore but we hung in there and found something for about $ 10. Obviously, he didn't make much money on me but this fact didn't stop him from giving me a good effort. I will return to Oasis for more shopping because Steven has made a grateful and repeat customer out of me.

I love the customer service and friendly staff, but I will no longer be buying any products there. They used to have amazing juice bottles, but they got cheap and money hungry and switched to very cheap bottle/tips.. and I just had an $18 bottle of juice explode all over my house.

Nice staff. They did say that some old flavors are coming back and apparently customers can vote for their favorites. I asked 2 other locations who hadn't heard of anything like that. Weird you can go online, find some old good flavors and that are made here in Albuquerque. But I'm not paying $7 to have it shipped cuz I live in Albuquerque!!!!! If it's made here available online then have it sent to the store!!!! I don't appreciate being ripped off since this whole change y'all made.
