I have no place to reference these juices or know which is what! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Staff was helpful and pricing decent. But guys really, what's the point of having random labels on the juice.

One of my favorite Oasis stores. I can get in and out quick and they always have what I'm after.

Wanted to leave another review. Cameron was great! Switched from a disposable to a mod. He was very patient and informative. He took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for. Even though they were busy, he showed my 5 different mods that he thought would work for me. I decided on the Geekvape H45. I really am enjoying it. I’m going back for more juice and coils. I’ve always had a great experience here. Thanks.

I have to say after Nick became General Manager at Oasis Vapor Rio Rancho, the entire atmosphere has changed! It's so pleasant & positive whenever I come in. Cameron is an absolute breath of fresh air! I could be having the worst day and he always puts a smile on my face & he never forgets your name! Both Cameron & Nick make you feel important, no matter how many times you walk into the store! Any issues I may have, which aren't many, Nick & Cam go above & beyond to make sure I am happy! These days it's hard to receive great customer service & great products, but they have both! I highly recommend Oasis Vapor shop in Rio Rancho. I promise you'll have the best experience! Thank you Cam & Nick! You two are awesome!!

Selling expired salt Nick products . The first time it was only expired for a month the one I purchased today was expired 4 months ago . They need to implement some type of quality control.

Staff are always knowledgeable and helpful. Great customer service the only problem is purchasing expired product and unable to return.

Went into store 2 people were being helped and there was one person waiting to be helped. After one person was finished they helped the person before me. As i waited another person walked in. The guy before me finished and tjey ignored me and waited on the people that had just walked in. I left and went to the store across the parking lot. Will never go back to oasis.

I've had great customer service from every single associate- and I've been going there for years. Huge selection too. I always find what I want.

Over a $4 coil, they received this 1 star review. They sold me the wrong replacement coil, and wouldn't make it right by exchanging it. Typical generic service from a generic store.

The products here are way better priced than any other vape shop I’ve been too, not to mention how helpful and nice the staff are.

First of all this is the best Oasis location in New Mexico when you walk in it always smells good. At first glance the story is always spotless and tidy even the outside. The manager Steven creates a comfortable atmosphere and you can stay and talk to him for hours I’ve never been to a smoke shop that was inviting they always pressure you to buy stuff and leave but that’s not the case at this location. The employees are always happy and go above and beyond to teach you what you need so you can make a ultimate buying Decision. I’ve been to almost every single oasis in NM and I go out of my way to purchase from Steven and his staff here in rio because I know if there’s any issue he will make it right like he’s done in the past. Corporate really needs to give this man a raise because if Steven left this establishment would loose 70% of its business. I was not paid or compensated for this review I just feel that everyone should have a honest review of one of the stores and next time you are in the Rio Rancho area stop in And verify how true this whole review is.
