I used to LOVE this place from back when there was only the South Willow Street location and I loved all the staff there but recently I have had two very bad experiences with the current staff one less than 10 minutes ago when I showed up to the South Willow store 3 minutes before close and the staff member looked right at me and closed the fence over the windows and the one before that I literally walked out of the store with a purchase found out it was the wrong size turned around walked right back in and she told me it was final sale after never telling me that it was final sale. Smokers Haven I don't know what's going on but you need your old staff back because this new group that you have is absolutely horrible and you're going to lose all of your customers.

My entire family goes to this store, often. The girls (Marina, Taylor & Rachel) are ALWAYS super friendly, very helpful and honest. They have helped us tremendously as we have all just started vaping a few months ago. My mother quit smoking 10 weeks ago thanks to the advice and help from these girls! We wouldn't have even known where to start, and now, we are happy and content. Best e-juices, reasonably priced, and excellent customer service! Highly recommended.

This place is OK, decent inventory. But 2 of the female employees seems tired, not very friendly and in no rush to acknowledge you. They seem to have preference with the more frequent customers. When they do take care of you you feel rushed so they can go back to chit chating with the regular customers.

Love it! Only been here a few times but everyone’s been very helpful! No actual store is going to have lower prices than online, however prices are not out as out of line as some other places I’ve seen.

I LOVE Smokers Haven!!! They honestly do have the lowest prices all around!! Most glass starts of at around $99-$150 for some nice ass pieces!!! The staff are always super nice and helpful! Sometimes I'll just call them for advice if I am looking into buying something new there before I do. ALWAYS super helpful and happy to help. I recommend this to my friends allll the way!! Love this place!!

I've been going to smokers haven for months now, I love that the girls there really know there stuff. They are friendly and always willing to help me out. For all the ladies that want to quit smoking out there, this is the place to be. They will definitely get you set up and vaping in no time. I started at another shop down the road but loved all the staff at smokers haven so much I have never felt the need to shop elsewhere again. Great prices, great service. Whats not to love about this place?
