I would like to thank the manager for standing behind what they sell. I had an issue with a piece leaking and they actually gave me the option to keep the old one and fix it as well as swap it for a new piece. I would like to apologize to them for my earlier review and let them know they have earned a loyal customer. I just move 4 minutes up the street and am happy to have them as a neighboring business. This seems like a great store and look forward to many more visits in the future. Thanks again for a-plus service.

I just bought a nice, affordable and more practical vape from here, plus juice for less than $100! Sam was very quick to help me and very knowledgeable about the products, as well as the technical details with it all. I was in and out in five minutes with all my questions answered! Thank you, Sam! This is my favorite location of smokers haven. I have been vaping for years now and i have allways been pleased with this store it is my go to smoke shop. It is allways clean and organized and stocked which i really appreciate of the staff. The girl i usually see there danielle is allways friendly, cool and helpful aswell!

Ive been coming to this particular store for my Hyde raspberry watermelon vapes, and today I delt with a very well informed guy named Sam. Today i had a different item to find and he not only made a recommendation but made one on OTHER CUSTOMERS feed back, which is something alot of smoke shops refuse to do. Its people like him that have me coming back for repeat bussiness over and over and over. Thanks Sam and thank you Sam's boss for hiring such and informed employee. Today is 10/29/2021

Hi, I went in because I'm new to the area but this place was recommended by a friend and holy good sockets and socks the selection was fantastic, I went in and was immediately succumb to the selection and was talked through the different flavours and products that were on offer by Danielle, she was extremely helpful in letting me have control over the products that I wanted and was constant smiles the entire time!!
16/16 fantastic experience, I'll be going back here when I need to stock up again!

Went in to learn more about CBD products and their benefits. Was welcomed by friendly and very knowledgeable staff. He walked me through the ins and outs of what products would best suit me. Excellent service by Rachel and staff. I have been in retail and customer service for over 10 years and I know what its all about. I was immediately greeted and was shown a brand new tank from Triton, which I purchased. Both manager and Rachel assured my confidence in the product and the company..I will definitely be shopping there again and would recommend it.
