I had the most amazing time, all thanks to Danielle! I was very stressed going in because my vape was broke and it was a gift so I had no clue what I was shopping for. Danielle made it such a smooth experience and made me feel like a friend. She was sure to explain what vapes were better and why, not just trying to upsell me. Will definitely be coming back to this location!

The products are all right I guess except for the fact that several of the glass tobacco pipes had multiple fractures in them. My minutes you is the gentleman that was trying to sell them to me got upset when I pointed each of them out to him as he was trying to sell them to me. Then he made a comment that "is my mask offending you"? I'm not sure what brought that on but I have decided not to go to that establishment ever again. I don't know what his issue was but he gave me quite an attitude and then the random comment about a mask he was wearing which I still don't understand why he said that.

This is an amazing place to buy vapes and juices. The ladies here were very patient and understanding to what I needed. I had no knowledge as to what to get and they took there time without pressuring me. Also I had to come back twice due to my error of not knowing things they fixed it and we're always pleasent.

Everytime I go into smokers Haven an associate is always willing to help every associate who works there is very very helpful and willing to help me find exactly what I'm looking for and everyone is so friendly and kind I haven't been in there with out getting a friendly greeting from every one who works there I'm talking about the smokers Haven on south willow street that's the only one I shop at and I like going in there what a great bunch

The store absolutely sells JUNK!!! Save yourself the time. A joint on a banger blew apart within 2 minutes of leaving, says on the card if it’s a manufacturer defect will be replaced. Never shop here!!!! Griffin, and Jacob are both employees who NEED to be fired!!! Brent Scott, is this how you do business? By burning the customer? Jacob and Griffen, you will get reimbursed for your actions….Never again will I make a quick stop here for ANYTHING! Read the reviews, it’s all about the junk of glass, and employees. Do better Brett!!!

I love this store! People are friendly and helpful and it’s clean and well stocked. One employee in particular, Ollie (sorry, no idea on spelling) is wonderful. When I go in and it’s really busy, I genuinely hope she’s who will help me. On a recent purchase, she took her time and explained how things worked that we didn’t know. She suggested good accessories that she was right, we would want. When we got home, it would have sucked if we didn’t buy her recommended accessories. I couldn’t love this store, or Ollie more!
