I walked into the Smokershavennh and I was extremely overwhelmed by all the different choices. Almost walked out but Crystal of the Derry location smiled and convinced me to come back in and narrowed it from 200 different bottles to 3..... I bought all 3 😅😅. Everyone else is great there, all employees give me a welcome home vibe. To make my story short just pass by Smokershaven in Derry NH and you will not regret it. P.S ask for Crystal she is the juice guru 😂.

The associate who sold me a vape I bought as a gift misinformed me of what was included. She told me it came with batteries and it did not. I returned less than two weeks later (I would have returned sooner but since it was a gift I had to wait to get it back) to return it and they wouldn't refund it or give me store credit. It had not been used and was new in box. Thanks to an error from the staff and poor customer service I am now stuck with a product I do not need.
