I ended up getting a whole new mod and she didn’t seem annoyed at all that she had to answer all my questions before closing. (I would have been) The customer service was just fantastic. I have found my new shop!

I went into the shop with little knowledge on CBD other than knowing it worked well for me. Amanda helped me and 3 customers in the store as well as a customer phone call, while making us all feel welcomed and cared for. She laid out my options and talked to me about dosing as well as the importance of third party testing in CBD (something I didn’t know even existed). She found me the right oil and I’m very happy with my purchase! If you are new to CBD or just want to learn more, go into this location in Derry! I will be back as a very happy returning customer.

Customer service is fantastic. Crystal Lopez is always extremely consistent and always super accommodating. Great supplies fair pricing on "tobacco" devices. Juice prices could be a little better but best brick and morter vape store.
